Why, in IA group only Lithium forms complex compounds, while rest of the elements don't?I'm in a fix about it.Plz. help me.Thanks.

Lithium cationĀ "loves" 4 nitrogen (eg pyridines, different amines, especially chelating ones) or 4 oxygen atoms (eg. tetrahydrofurane) around (with flat or tetrahedral environment)
