Hey, trying to get to grips with inorganic NMR, however when I think I get it, read about an example and think why? I know that it would show a reduced number of lines do to exchange and the double bonds rotating, however if this didnt happen, apparent 4 peaks would be visible in the H NMR spectrum. This confuses me because wouldn't the Ha be split into 3 peaks from the 2Hbs? Is Rh spin active? Any help would be very much appreciated. I have attached a diagram of the molecule in question.
Thanks
Francine.
