is there  possibly  any reaction between lead sulphate and HNO3?

Lad sulphate slightly dissolves in hot concentrated HNO3, but afeter cooling crystalls of PbSO4 precipitate. You need quate huge amount of NHO3 to dissolve a fee grams of PbSO4 (This method is unpractical, except for obtaining crystals for X-Ray).
In the solusion an equilibrium exists:
SO42- + H3O+ = HSO4- + H2O
since H2SO4 is a weak acid on the second stage of dissociation
