Soxhlet Apparatus

Hi everybody,

On industry, what can be soxhlet appartus be used for? i kno it can be used for lipids extraction in laboratory but in a larger industry scale, what can it do?

Secondly, when doing the lipids extraction using soxhlet apparatus, how can i determine the moisture content of the sample?
