Difference in hydrolysis for strong acid and weak acid?

I  have a few questions that I'm having trouble with. I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum or not.

Here are my questions.

1) What is the difference in hydrolysis for strong acid and weak acid?
2) At the end of titration, do you expect the pH value to be lower, equal to, or higher than 7, or depends? Explain your answer.
3) Write the electronic structure of Co, indicating the number of electrons on each energy sublevels. the energy sublevels should be written from lower energy to higher energy.

If anyone could help me with these three questions I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance ;)

Hmm...these sound like homework questions.

1) The answer to your question is in the very definition of a "strong" acid and a "weak" acid.  Surely you can find in your textbook.
2) It depends.  You should be able to figure out the why.  I will tell you that at the 1/2 equivalence point, you have equal amounts of acid and base and thefore, the pH = pKa.
3) How many electrons does Co have?  Just fill the orbitals using the rules (Pauli exclusion principle, Hund's rules, etc.) found in your general chemistry text.  They are filled in a certain order and you should learn this!

Case in point: Question #2.

It depends on what's being titrated....and you never told us!
