i wanted to ask is there any plastic or other material that is easy to mould and shape that is resistant to methylene chloride?

Many materials should withstand it. What you need is a "compatibility list" for the candidate material, and check dichloromethane.

Most polymers are meant to be moulded, but the tools are made to shape and expensive, so they are meaningful for series like 104 items and more. Is that your case?
