Help with SI Volume Conversion

The edge of a cube of is 0.563nm. What is the volume of the cube in cm3?

How would I solve this problem?

on my SI conversation table it list cm as 10-2 and nm as 10-9

I can get that, its the the initial number that I am trying to find that I wondering how to do. I get 0.178 nm for the volume, is that right? and it wants me to covert it to cm3 so do all I have to do is just convert it to cm or is there something special to get the 3 part.

nm is not a proper unit for volume.  You mean nm3 right?

Here's the general procedure for the conversion:

x nm = 1 cm
(x nm)3 = (1 cm)3
x3 nm3 = 1 cm3
