Hello, I'm new at using the computer for chemistry...

I downloaded chemsketch with its CHNMR viewer and the MestReNova.  But I don't know how to use them...  First, how do you create HSP, CSP, or FID files so that I can use them in those programs?  These programs are for determining the NMR spectrum of a compound that you want to know about.

The only thing that I can do is to draw the molecule in chemsketch, save it as a .mol file and then open it with MestReNova.

But, if anyone knows how to make hsp, csp and fid files, I would be very grateful.  I searched on google
but I didn't find anything I could understand...

Those features in both of those programs are reserved for the full versions, not the basic free versions.

You might ask the faculty members at your school, one of them might have a full version of either of those programs, or others that can do what you wish.
