I need to write the Full Ionic and Net Ionic equations for

Na₂CO₃ + AgNO₃

I'm not sure if these answers are right, so if someone could check it for me, I would really appreciate it.  My answers are

Full Ionic:  Na + CO₃ + 2Ag + NO₃ -> Na + NO₃ + Ag₂CO₃

Net Ionic: CO₃ + 2Ag -> Ag₂CO₃

I know I need to write the charges, so please overlook that.  Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

You are missing some coefficients in the full ionic, but otherwise, you have the right idea.

Full Ionic:  Na + CO3 + 2Ag + NO3 -> Na + NO3 + Ag2CO3

Should be:
Full Ionic:  2Na⁺ + CO₃^2- + 2Ag⁺ + 2NO₃^- -> 2Na⁺ + 2NO₃^- + Ag₂CO₃
