hello. I have several questions:
1. whats the type of fatty acid in potato and the percentage composition of the fatty acid in potato? 2. If I fry potato in a frying oil, will the oil contain more fatty acid per mass?
3. Does the type of fatty acid/chain lengths change when I fry frying oil with normal stove?
