Best way to remember Polyatomic Ions?

Does anyone know of a good method into remember the names and formulas of polyatomic ions? Any helpful websites? I just need to fastests and easiest way to memorize them. Thanks!  :)

I would suggest just writing them out on a piece of paper every now and then, it will sink in pretty quick.
