If you mean 'ethylene' H2C=CH2, the major reaction is the formation of cyclopropane by attack of the very reactive CH2 molecule on the double bond - the CH2 forming by loss of the very stable N2 molecule from diazomethane CH2N2. This can be mediated by UV irradiation or heat.
Because the CH2 molecule is very reactive it occasionally inserts into a C-H bond rather than adding to the double bond, so the minor product is propene CH3CH=CH2.
