Mass-Mass Problem. Help...
« on: November 05, 2007, 11:52:33 AM »
I am stuck on these type of problem. I think the wording of the problem is confusing me.

What is the mass of silver that can be prepared from 0.615g of copper metal?

Cu(s)+AgNO3(aq)----->Cu(NO3)2(ag)+Ag(s)

I keep getting 1.05 g Ag but the real answer is 2.09g Ag...
