I my lab we were given a heme- product. to find the concentration. In the uv-vis mechine, we got the absorption. We were supposed to find the the concentration from absorption coefficient. The professors told us that we can find the absorption coefficient from internet. I have been searching for a day and cant find that info. I ned to find absorption coefficient of hemoglobin or heme product at 415nm soret band.
