I was wondering if someone can help me start these thermodynamics problems, I have about 20 to do and I have no clue on how to answer them.  Here's two of the problems:

1)Compute (delta)H for the following reaction in KJ:
4FeO(cr) + O2(g) -> 2Fe2O3(cr)

2)Compute (delta)H for the following reaction in KJ:
2NO(g) + O2(g) -> 2NO2(g)

I can use any help, thanks.
