Iodine recovery

Sir,
We are so far discharging the Iodine containing waste water to ETP after recovering Methanol from ML.Analysis is as follows:
Iodine -10-15%
Rest- Water
Can anyone help to recover iodine sothat it can be recycled in process.

I'm not very familiar with this but just off the top of my head you may be able to use iodines ability to bind to starches. it would then sublime after drying the starch filter...just a thought, and by all means not a very well thought method.
