Can anyone find me the cas number for 4-piperidone? I'm doing searches on google and many other places but its almost impossible to find!

Is this a watched chemical or what? Because I can't find it in my chemical supplier's catalogue! (Which has a big catalogue)

What chemistry can occur intramolecularly in a bottle of 4-piperidinone?

It is commonly sold as a salt or as a protected amine.

Intramolecular reactions can't occur. But an intermolecular reaction that forms an enamine is possible.
