And how much NaHCO3 would I need to neutralize 250ml of CHCl2COOH to 7.4 pKa? Its starting pKa is 1.25

pKa is a material specific constant. Please post the question as mentioned in the exercise. What is...
a) the pKa of your acid? (1.25??)
b) the concentration of your acid.
c) the exact question
