thermochemistry equation

I am having some trouble trying to understand thermal chemistry equations. If you could help me with this one, i can get myself started and figure out others.

Na2Cr2O7(aq) + 2H2SO4(aq) → 2CrO3(s) + 2NaHSO4(aq) + H2O(l)

do I have to find the enthalpy change as well, in order to complete the equation?

well, im not exactly sure what thermochemistry is, so i think my question is how do i find out the enthalpy of the equation

The sum of the enthalpy of the products - the sum of the enthalpy of the reactants.

what is the formula to find individual enthalpies in order to use reactants- product. (ex. how do i find the enthalpy of Na2Cr2O7 ?)
