will heterocyclic compounds like pydine, piperidine,pyrolidine,indole,succinimide react with any of the amino acids and be stable?. I have tried at different environement. can you suggest?

Directly, probably not.
However, you might be able to react things like piperidine to make an amino amide under the right conditions.
