Aromaticity

I was just wondering if anyone knows whether 1,2-dimethyl benzene is aromatic or not.

It is aromatic because it has a planar ring of sp2 hybridized carbons atoms and this ring system contains (4n+2) electrons (in this case 6).  The presence of the two methyl groups does not affect the aromaticity of the benzene ring.

[edit: fixed dyslexic mistake.  It's 4n+2 not 2n+4]

Thanks, I couldn't find any examples with substituents other than H.
