Scrubbing Flourine and HF

Hi
We have to scrubb Flourine gas and HF from Vent gaseous stream before discharging into atmosphere.Currently,we are using KOH aqeous solution for this purpose.Is there any alternate solution?What's about NaOH aqeous solution??Will NaOH create any problems regarding its sless solubility as compared to KOH(in water)??

I think that there would be no problem with using sodium hydroxide rather than potassium hydroxide for removal of gaseous fluorine and hydrogen fluoride from your vent gas.

Let me know the quantity of gas & amount of fluorine & HF.
Then only a better method can be suggested.
