[Plutonium239]

Since I have no decent chemistry texts to call my own, and without being to find what I want to know on the 'net, I'll see if anyone can get me an answer here.

Is Thorium DiOxide (ThO₂) soluble at all, in any solvent? And, is it attacked by acids, and what would such acids be?
