« on: March 10, 2008, 08:56:51 AM »
Hi folks,

i read that 2-CLZ (2-chlorobenzyloxycarbonyl) is used for peptide side chain protection (lysine) and since it is unstable @ acid conditions i'm interested in  ;D. I googled arround but i don't find any site where the reaction is described.

my problem : i would like to know which reagents i might use .

Thx for any help !!

Diablooo

Edit: i think i've found it : Benzylchloroformiate  ;D
