Hi
A kind of plastic is produced as a wheel, and while prduction at the and of process there are oil, grease and shop soil. I am asking for a cleaner that can be used with wiping ? I thought thinner but it effects peoples health. So can you advice me any chemical or formula of any cleaner that can be used with a method of wiping?

Presumably, you've tried detergent and water, without success. Do you know why? Can you identify the plastic, and the grease/oil/etc., so the solvent can be tailored to the application?

Please try a mixture of sodium phosphate, sodium hydoxide and sodium carbonate.
