determining the number of atoms present

hi, well i got a question that asks me to Determine the number of oxygen atoms present in 12.00 grams of calcium dihydrogen phospahte. But i dont know how to get it all i kno is that is has something to do with N= n x NA and m= n x M so if someone can help me and show me how they got the answer it would be much appreicated.

What is the molecular formula for calcium dihydrogen phosphate?

If you have 12 grams, how many mols do you have?
If you have that many mols, how many molecules of calcium dihydrogen phosphate do you have?
How many atoms of oxygen are in each molecule?

enahs has pretty much covered this.

Once you have found the number of molucules you have, you need to see how many oxygen atoms one molecule contains. Multiply this by the number of molecules to arrive at the answer.

Don't believe atoms, they make up everything!
