Ive never really used DMSO for a reaction solvent before or at least one where the product didnt precipitate out.  I have about 100ml in my reaction and I tried to use the rotovap to remove it but that didnt work very well.  Then tried a vacuum pump which also did nothing. 

Am I going to have to distill it under vacuum to remove it or is there some other way to get the product
out? 

I was thinking of adding another organic solvent like ether and washing with water to remove DMSO.

If yes then plz give ,e the name of that chemical & how to add it in LPG

Greetings.  You should have started your own topic, now we won't know which question to answer in this thread, the original one or yours, and their topics are similar, but not the same.

Also, the topic has come up quite often on this forum, as you can see from these topics:

Those two topics, although they involve liquid hydrocarbons, and not LPG, bring up similar problems.  We have to know what the odor is caused by, in order to be able to give useful information.

One further point.  The odor associated with LPG is usually caused by an odorous agent added, specifically to let you know there is a leak.  You don't want to remove that, do you?

Vacuum distillation, is likely the best method to go.
