Electrochemistry Question

When writing the equation for a net cell reaction, after you add both the reduction and oxidation formulas do you have the balance the formula and the charges including the gained and lose electrons(e-)?

Er course, you may hafta mult-e-ply one er the eequations by a multeepull to git the same number o' elecky-trons on either side...

Translation: with redox equations, you need to focus on balancing the charge.
