Butanoic Acid with Wood Alcohol?

Where is another question...

The ester formed by combining Butanoic Acid with Wood Alcohol tastes like what fruit.

I think it's Rasberry?  Would that be correct because Raspberry oil contains an ester that can be made by reaction of formic acid with 2 methyl 1 propanol.  Right?

The ester formed by combining Butanoic acid and wood alcohol is Ethyl Butyrate.
                O                                                                      (Ethyl Butanoate)
                //
CH3CH2CH2COCH2CH3.   The ester is used as a food flavoring to give the taste of pineapples.

The resulting ester would be methyl butanoate, wood alcohol is methanol (CH3OH)
