Salt Indicators
«

I’m looking for information regarding standard salt indicators. I work in the diary industry in NZ and one of our plants blows salt particles in the air. This is having an adverse effect on all our electronic equipment. What I need is something I can put on a wall that will indicate the presents of salt. We have minimised the salt to the atmosphere but require some means of measuring it, any help would be appreciated. Cheers Shane

To be clear, salt to a chemist might mean something different. Are you referring to salts in general, or Sodium Chloride (table salt)?

Hi, Sorry about the confusion. I was referring to Sodium Chloride, We add it to the cheese throughout the process at different stages, Thanks Shane
