Hello everybody.

In my lab (biology lab!) we are eager for a reagent which is dextran coupled to DMNB - caged fluorescein. Invitrogen is not synthesizing it any more and we (me + boss) wonder if someone could explain the principle of this coupling reaction. No...I'm not a student looking to solve her homework.
