Which is the difference between the two? Which one is harder?! Which is more interesting or are they they the same?

One just requires more physics then the other. They overlap significantly.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.

The chemical physics emphasis was given through the Chemistry department not the physics department at my university.
