For the molecule 2,3-dibromo-3-ethylhexane make an eclipsed newmann representation. Use C2-C3 bonds.

sounds good to me.  you should define the r groups for full credit, though.  the question didn't define R or S did they?  You'll need to take that into account if they did.
Knowing why you got a question wrong is better than knowing that you got a question right.

also check the order of CH3 and CH2 in your ethyl substituent.  the line from the newmann projection points directly to the carbon to which it is attached.
