#1 is a pretty classic resonance stabilization problem. Review rules for valid resonance structures in your text or here: (

) and suggest an answer. We'll tell you if you're right or not.
#2 is knowing how multiple bond correspond to hybridization of carbon. Review hybrid orbitals and multiple bonds in your text or here: (
