im really stuck on the electron arrangement of Fe2+. i know the arrangement of Fe3+, so do i just add one more electron in the d orbital?

okay... it doesnt mater anymore... i just figured it out myself... but if anyone can tell me if im right it would be greatly appreciated!!!
Fe is 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s2 3d6
so therefore for Fe2+ there are 2 less electrons ie 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 3d6
