A little background:
I did a reaction in the lab that was the "Condensation of Acetylglycine w/ an Aldehyde." I reacted previous prepared acetylglycine with benzaldehyde and made this.. This is I'm having trouble finding  out what it really is..

If someone could help me name it...
So far I've come up with "(4Z)-2-methyl-4-(phenyl methylene)-1,3-oxazole-5(4H)-one"

After typing that into google, it didn't come up with any common names.

I don't know exactly what you did, but it looks a bit like a "Azlactone" structure http://www.answers.com/topic/perkin-reaction.
