Please any one who can provide an insight into finding an answer to this problem would be highly appraciated thanks

1.Given the Ka of bromoacetic acid to be 1.3 x 10^ -3, predict the Ka of floroacetic acid. explain how you arrived at your predicted value.

2.How does the position of the added Cl on bezoic acid effect the Ka of the 3 isomers of chlorobenzoic acid 2-chlorobenzoic ka=1.2x10^-3, 3-chlorobenzoic ka=1.5x10^-4, 4-chlorobenzoic ka=1.0x10^-4
