AAA + BBB ---> CCC
You add to a calorimeter 11.0 mL of 4.76 M AAA, 6.0 mL of water, and 7.0 mL of 4.90 M BBB. All of the above solutions were initially at 29.60 °C. After mixing, the temperature changed to 32.45 °C.
Assume the density of all solutions is 1.000 g/mL and all solutions have the same specific heat as pure water.
Calculate:
The Heat of Reaction in Kj/mol

In the first instance, construct a balanced equation for the reaction.

Assuming that for instance AAA + BBB  :rarrow: CCC is your equation, how many moles of AAA and how many of BBB have you got, and so how many moles have reacted. You then have a volume of water, a temperature change and a number of moles, so you're all set.
