Titration
« on: October 27, 2008, 03:16:12 AM »
Hey, can anyone please help me with this question?

The titration of 26.00mL of an aqueous solution of 0.045 M ethylamine (CH3CH2NH2Kb = 4.36 x10-4 with 0.035 M nitric Acid (HNO3)

What is the inital pH of the ethylamine solution (before the addition of any acid)?

What is the volume of nitric acid necessary to reach the equivalence point of the titration?

At the equivalence point of titration, what is the pH of the solution?

Thanks heaps in advance :)
