Hi there,
I'm learing Dimesional Analysis in Chemistry right now, and this seems to be confusing, as far as solving for 2 step equations. This is the equation: How many atoms are in 3.6 grams of Copper?
My results so far: Known Math
3.6 g Cu 3.6 g Cu * 63.546 atoms Cu (divided by)
1 g CU
? atoms Cu
Solved by multiplying (3.6*1)(/63.546)=.056 g Cu
63.546 atoms Cu
I know that I still have more steps to go, but I'm confused on how to solve this Dimensional Analysis problem.
Thanks!
