Is it possible to transform azoxybenzene into azobenzene? (probably yes, but how?)

Probably just a controlled reduction PhN(O)=NPh  :rarrow: PhN=NPh. I don't have access to the literature at the minute, so don't know exact conditions, but perhaps something like triphenylphosphine to the oxide?
