need help with a problem

the problem says : how do you calculate the dissociation energy of hydrogen 2+ at 400 celsius if you have a table of transition wavelengths of vibrational energy level separations at 300 kelvin. assuming that these transition wavelengths are dependent on temperature and they decrease by 1.000% for every 5 celsius increase in temperature. Also it said not to use a linear extrapolation to determine the value.

I am very confused on how to start doing this problem.  I tried to break down the last part of the problem and using different equations but they seemed wrong to me.

It will not let me modify my post anymore but I wanted to say that I though the last part reminded me of continuous compounded interest equation thats used in math but I can use it since I don't know what initially it was.

First, what would it be at 300K?
