the question is.. what is the rate law constant for the  formation of each products?

Please read forum rules.

In what context was this question asked? You can write equations describing production rate for each product, but you can do it only on the very general level, using ust some symbol for rate constant.

Could be what they want you to do is to spot that both rates are related.

Your question is extremely vague. Although I can tell you assuming the equation you gave is an elementary step, then the rate law for the reaction is given as rate = k[A] where k is the rate constant. Personally, I don't even know how this actually answers your question.
