Currently revising for my modular exam for Physical chemistry and came across this past paper question, really struggling to answer it so any help appreciated.

Any ideas??? Exam is Monday so really hoping this question does not come up.
To calculate the initial sticking coefficient I know I calculate the gradient of the initial linear part of the graph yet Im unure what to plot as the axis??
