Ethyl ethanoate CH3COOC2H5
Why is the only O in C=O group is able to form hydrogen bond?
Can the next O form hydrogen bond with another H bonded to a very electronegative element , say H-F?

What is the functional group of those two oxygen's? Look up more info of that functional group.
