How to find ionic radii using the length of a side of the unit cell?

For example, MgSe has a rock-salt structure and has a side of the unit cell is 545 pm, how would you calculate the lenght of the ionic radii? (anion or cation)

u would need to know whether it simple cubic (52% of volume),bodycentered(68% of volume),face centered(74% of volume)
