I wouldn't've thought organotins were the sort of thing you really want to be messing around with if you can help it? What sort of scale are we talking? Is it worth looking at http://www.chembuyersguide.com/search.cfm?searchText=683-18-1 ?

My mistake, this is the link for dibutyltin dichloride. Perhaps http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/ProductDetail.do?N4=229202|Aldrich&N5=Product%20No.|BRAND_KEY&F=SPEC or similar - my caveat about handling organotins still applies. What do you need it for?
