Reference for Electrophoresis
« on: February 16, 2009, 06:05:54 PM »
I am trying to find a good reference on gel electrophoresis, perhaps a bit more in depth than wikipedia.  (Although they have a few great articles on the topic  :P ).

Does anyone have a favorite book or review paper they would recommend?

Hi Jon P:
I recommend you try to find these books into the Library of your University:

by: B. D. Hames (Editor)

The Sourcebook A Handbook for Gel Electrophoresis
by: CAMBREX

Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis: Protocols, Methods, and Theories (Methods in Molecular Biology)
by: Margit Burmeister

Electrophoresis in Practice: A Guide to Methods and Applications of DNA and Protein Separations
by: Reiner Westermeier
