Q. The fluorescence intensity of a 0.65 ppm solution of riboflavin is 48.1. What is the concentration of riboflavin in a solution, when the fluorescence intensity for which is 57.8. (Under the same instrumental conditions.)
-----
Usually we use standards to plot analysis curve to calculate the unknown concentration - However, in this problem only one set of data, and unknown concentration with Emission intensity of 57.8 is provided. How do you tackle with that?
If you know a trick or two, please let me know.
