I'm assuming that this is an Electrochemistry question.

ECell = EReduction - EOxidation

Reduction Half Equation:

4H+ (aq) + O2 (g)  :rarrow: 2H2O (l)

Oxidation Half Equation:

Fe2+ (aq)  :rarrow: Fe3+ (aq)

I don't have a data booklet with me at the moment, but you can find these values pretty easily.

Yeah, check the E-values in your text book possibly. If they're not in your text (which they should be), try a search online (but be aware of your source, make sure it's reliable!)
